Terms and conditions

Last updated: 3 November 2026

Scope

These terms govern the use of the website codexwebmaker.com (part A) and the website design services offered by CodexWeb (part B). The provider is identified in the Legal notice.

A. Use of the website

The website presents our services for information purposes. The information published, including the offer and its price, is not in itself a binding offer: only a quote accepted in writing creates a contract.

The contact form prepares a message that you send yourself; sending it creates no obligation for you or for us.

We take care to keep the content accurate but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or that the website will always be available. We are not responsible for external websites reached through links.

The concept projects shown (Flint, Powder, Raven) are fictional examples; Sugar Nails is a real client, shown with its consent.

B. Services: scope

CodexWeb designs and builds websites, mainly for shops and professionals. The exact content of each service, its price, timeline and payment terms are set in the quote.

The “Website” package

As presented on the website, the standard package includes:

Its price is the one shown on the website on the date of the quote. Larger projects (online shop, more pages) get a custom quote. Renewal terms after the first year are set out in the quote.

Ordering

The contract is formed when you accept the quote in writing (by signature or email). The quote sets out in particular the price, what is included, the timeline, the payment terms and the rights in the work created.

Your obligations

The announced timelines run from the moment we have received all the content.

Revisions and launch

Two rounds of revisions are included. Any further change is agreed in advance. The website goes live after your approval.

Personal data

Data exchanged during the project is processed as set out in our Privacy policy. Where we process data on your behalf, we conclude a processing agreement that meets Article 28 GDPR.

Consumers

Our services are intended for professionals. If you contract as a consumer, you have the rights provided by the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to the statutory exceptions.

For a consumer dispute, you may also turn to the conciliation committees of the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts, without prejudice to the protective rules that apply to consumers.

The version that applies is the one in force on the date the quote is accepted.
